Where plaintiffs brought a claim under the Open Meetings Act (OMA) and 42 U.S.C. §1983 alleging interference with their right to participate in meetings held by Livonia’s city council, the plaintiffs’ claim under §1983 should have been dismissed because the plaintiffs failed to identify a deprivation of their rights under the First and Fourteenth Amendments.
