Contract Law – Standing — Piercing the Corporate Veil 

Where plaintiff was a party to a purchase agreement, he was a real party in interest and had standing to bring a claim under the contract and where evidence did not establish defendant was unable to pay judgments, claim to pierce the corporate veil was premature.
