Contract Law- Claims based on ‘speculative damages’ and ‘future breaches’ aren’t ripe 

To bring an action for breach of contract, a plaintiff must, after proving the existence of a contract, prove that it has been breached. A showing that the other party “will breach” the contract is insufficient to support a claim.
