Premises Liability- ‘Wintry conditions’ do not automatically render ice ‘open and obvious’

The presence of snow and cold temperatures does not create an irrefutable presumption of accompanying ice; therefore, a premises owner has a duty to exercise reasonable care to diminish the hazards of ice and snow accumulation by taking reasonable measures within a reasonable time after an accumulation of ice and snow to diminish the hazard of injury to the invitee.
